PayID route verification
Trace a RocketPlay PayID Payment in Both Directions
A PayID badge may describe a deposit rail while a withdrawal uses another method. Verify the live cashier options, save the bank-side reference and follow each transaction without assuming that deposit and cashout share the same route.
Check the current RocketPlay PayID optionsUse only the current cashier instruction
Open the authenticated cashier and capture the displayed PayID identifier, recipient name, exact amount and reference. Processor details can change, so never reuse a destination copied from an old message.
Confirm the bank warning and recipient before authorising. If the name or reference differs from the live instruction, stop and ask authenticated support.

Reconcile the deposit
Record the bank debit time, transaction reference and statement descriptor, then match them to the account credit. Keep bonus credit separate from deposited cash in the ledger.
If the bank shows completed but the account does not, provide the reference and amount in one support case. Do not send a second payment to make the first one appear.
Verify the return method
Open the withdrawal menu and check whether PayID, bank transfer, wallet or another route is offered. Deposit support does not prove PayID can receive a cashout.
Record the minimum, maximum, ownership rule and any verification status shown for the chosen return method. Use a destination owned by the verified account holder.

Trace release and receipt
After approval, ask for the processor release time and payment reference. Give that reference to the receiving bank only when the operator confirms the funds left its system.
Keep approval, release and bank receipt as separate timestamps. This shows whether the delay belongs to account review, the processor or the receiving institution.
Protect the payment investigation
Do not disclose banking passwords, security codes or remote-access credentials. A legitimate trace can use transaction references and ownership evidence without controlling the bank account.
If instructions change mid-case, save both versions and ask why. Keep the original transaction active unless a documented destination correction is required.
